Free Chart Plotter Open CPN http://opencpn.orgThis is a very extensive free chart plotting program. Unlike most of the commercial programs it supports ENC charts. ENC charts for the entire United States are available for free and are updated every week. This program also has links to run an autopilot, capture AIS targets, support a GPS etc.
